WL Wireline coring systems are the ideal solution for wireline coring, it can be used in most drilling conditions, B/N/H/P standard DCDMA holes sizes are available for your selection.

GEO EQUIP TECH WUXI ( CGET) provide four models of the wireline core barrel systems:
* Standard wireline system (B N H P);
* Triple tube wireline system ( N3 H3 P3);
* Underground wireline system(NU HU);
* Thin Wall wireline system (BTW NTW HTW).

Standard Wireline System ( B N H P ) consist of core barrels and overshot assembly, there are the integral to the wireline system, normally we divided them into two assemblies:

Inner Tube Assembly:
* Head assembly( Backend )
* Inner tube
* Core lifter
* Stop ring
* Core lifter case
* Landing ring
* Inner tube stabilizer

The inner tube assembly grasp and hold the core samples in the process of drilling and is independent of the outer tube group

Outer Tube Assembly:
* Outer tube
* Locking coupling
* Adapter coupling

The outer tube assembly always keep himself at the bottom of the hole and houses the inner tube assembly during the drilling process.

Combine Inner tube and outer tube assembly together we call them core barrels, so core barrels consist of the following parts:

Triple Tube Wireline System ( N3 H3 P3): Wireline system have the same assemblies as standard (B N H P) sizes, but use a third split tube placed inside of the inner tube. This design is very useful for integral core recovery when drilling coal, clay or highly broken formations, the split tube retains the core sample safely to avoiding flushing. Triple tube wireline system is only available in N3, H3 and P3.

Underground Wireline System consist of the same assemblies as standard B, N , H and P size system, they are design for suitable the conditions of underground drilling, contact our sales representative to know more.

Thin Wall Wireline System (BTW NTW HTW) are ideal and optimized for larger core sample retrieving but don't need the change the hole size, our thin wall system are with simple design, most of the parts are interchangeable with WL series core barrels.

Ezy Overshot
It is a very useful tool to lift the head assembly with inner tube out of the hole after the inner tube is full of core samples or when we need to retrieve the inner tube head assembly out of the hole. Here we did some innovation and upgrading to the traditional design, after improved, it can reduce the spare parts numbers, so our customers don't need to order more spare parts than before, it ensures the overshot could be solider and easy to be used in practice.
