Core'MX drills are modular design and made of high-strength aluminum fabrications, ensuring high standards of toughness while greatly reducing the weight of rig. The max component weighs 160Kg/180Kg (F600/F800), which is convenient for worksite mobilization by manpower.

The drill's compact structure makes sure that it can be assembled and dismantled easily within a 4mx4m platform. The Frontier drills can be disassembled in 45 minutes and re-positioned in a half shift.

The Core'MX drills adopt energy-saving and noise-reduction techniques. It is not only allowing the operator to feel comfortable, but also reduces the interference on the surrounding environment. Core'MX drills can be easily transported by manpower and no roads will be needed.

As footprint trace is limited and restoration of the environment is relatively simple, the influence on the natural environment is very small.

When road-access is limited, the drills can be handled along the small trails by manpower, giving outstanding advantages in a variety of complex terrain conditions.

* The drill head is compact, top-drive and lightweight design. With the use of high and low speed hydraulic motors, the head is suitable for variable drilling conditions.

* The control panel compact design consisting of all the power and hydraulic control systems and operation devices. All power pack control is centralized on the panel with no need to go and operate each individual engine remote from the operator.

* The integrated hydraulic control valve group utilizes modern technology of hydraulic power distribution and fine controlling of drilling and supportive functions. It also eliminates risks of parts failure while improves efficiency of power utilization.

* With a unique design in the industry, the head carriage enjoys a feature to realize real-time adjustment on the gap between the feed frame and the wearing plates, anytime when need, allowing constant feeding stability. Change of the small-sized wearing plates is extremely easy from outside of the carriage with no need to touch the major parts of the component.

* The Rod holder is dual-direction hydraulic drive, fast response, lightweight and flexible for operation.

* The Water swivel is compact design and coaxial jet style, offering high wear resistant and smooth operation.
