Based on the positioning of "Environmental Health and Ecological Safety System Solutions Provider", ICEPI takes water environmental health and ecological safety as the core, and focuses on environmental management for high-quality development of key strategic industries such as mining, oil, new materials, new energy, biological medicine, etc., and carries out the research and development of new products and the transformation of achievements in the trinity of engineering equipment, operation and maintenance and technical services.
According to the water quality characteristics of different kinds of mine water, ICEPI has developed NDMP magnetic exchange resin adsorption technology, HRO anti-fouling and high flux membrane treatment technology and HDE reclaimed water reuse technology based on evaporation with high efficiency and low energy consumption. With the advantages of high efficiency, low energy consumption and high anti-shock loading ability, ICEPI breaks through the bottleneck of wastewater treatment and effectively removes salinity, heavy metals, suspended solids, turbidity, chroma, bacteria, oil, etc., from mine water. In addition, ICEPI has developed integrated equipment for mine water and an automatic monitoring system for purification and treatment.
1 NDMP magnetic exchange resin adsorption technology
In response to the problem of excessive heavy metals in mine wastewater, NDMP magnetic exchange resin adsorption technology has been developed. The series of NDMP resin materials have the advantages of fast reaction speed and easy regeneration and separation. In addition, the removal rate of heavy metals (iron, copper, chromium, cadmium, manganese, cobalt, etc.) can reach 99.9%.


2 HRO antifouling and high flux membrane treatment technology
HRO antifouling and high flux membrane treatment technology is a new type of structured membrane module with antifouling and scaling specifically developed for low TDS (<5%) mine wastewater reuse. The water production rate is more than 80%, which can meet industrial, domestic and irrigation water standards.


3 HDE evaporation water reuse technology with high efficiency and low energy consumption
For mine wastewater with high TDS (>5%), HDE evaporation water reuse technology with high efficiency and low energy consumption is developed. Evaporation mother liquor is not produced, which truly realizes zero liquid discharge of mine wastewater. The energy consumption per ton of water is approximately 45 kW·h.
