Surface set diamond core drill bits are a cost effective alternative to impregnated diamond core drill bits while still offering excellent penetration rates and tool life in soft formations. The ctting material can be divided into natural diamond and TSP inserts. It has the characters of low cost and fast cutting is soft formations.

We provide two profiles of surface-set diamond bit:

* Multi-step profile for normal wireline coring drilling,

* Rounded profile for thin wall (TW) wireline coring drilling.

TSP Bit
TSP bit use TSP triangular or TSP cubic as the primary cutting material, then those material will be permanently embedded in a tough and wear resistant powdered metal matrix body that fused to a steel blank body.
TSP bits are recommended for use in generally abrasive and unconsolidated formation with soft rocks. the typical rock formations as listed as per below( but are not limited to):
* Hard sandstone,
* Alluvial deposits,
* Serpentine,
* Dolomitic limestone.
